Enter from Turkey and stop in Batumi, a thriving and modern city at the Black Sea. Enjoy some beach time and pick some great food before moving on to Kutaisi. Take the cable car at the river to the top of the rock to discover a great amusement park for the kids. Make a day trip to the Prometheus cave and the Sataplia Park. Head towards Achaltsike to visit the beautiful castle and drive on to Vardzia, a centuries old cave city. Commence the long drive to Tbilisi, and spend some days at this majestic and impressive city. Drive to the north and stop in the ancient capital Mtscheta, before climbing the Caucasus mountains towards Kasbegi.
